2022 is a new year. And since the turning of the calendar page also has the tendency to inspire the turning over of new leaves, many of us are actively seeking opportunities for self-improvement. There are so many ways to raise your fitness game in 2022. Interested in kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding? Check in with the pros at Disco’s Paddle Surf, who can get you introduced to these fun sports at great places around San Diego Bay. Alternatively, you can give wakesurfing or yoga a try. The Timken Museum displays art from around the Americas and Europe, while the Museum of Us explores anthropology and human history from the caveman era and ancient civilizations to the present. The San Diego Natural History Museum is also a great stop, with exhibitions focusing on wildlife, gemology, and more.
